Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Many appreciated the building's historical charm and spacious accommodations. However, a major recurring issue was the non-functioning lift, which caused inconvenience, especially for those with mobility concerns or heavy luggage. Despite this, the overall sentiment towards the hotel's value, atmosphere, and service was positive, making it a recommended stay for most visitors.AI-generated from customer reviews
