Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location and high standards of cleanliness. Many found the beds comfortable and appreciated the value for price. However, there are repeated complaints about the lack of staff presence, poor communication, and issues with check-in, which led to some feeling unsafe or unsupported. Some guests also mentioned noise disturbances and problems with the bathroom facilities. Overall, while the hotel is well-situated and clean, improvements in service and amenities are needed.
