It was excellent in any sense.
The bed was amazing! So that part was great! It was a bit on the short size for me but I thought the firmness and sheets were very comfortable. The shower was awesome too! The treats and snacks were also a great surprise.
My only point that can be improved is the temperature control in the room. It was very warm and when I turned on the A/C it would never stay on. I had to keep turning it on which made sleep a bit uncomfortable.
The hotel is opposite to a very noisy building site. Works were going on even on Saturday. I wouldn´t have booked, had I known. Otherwise, everything was great.
The Hotel was convenient, inside receptionist on our arrival was very curt & unpleasant, in fact she was unhelpful. The gentleman there on Sunday to Monday am was very friendly, helpful and chatty. Our room was quiet but very small. There was no room for a second bedside table and the shower tiled corners were dirty. As this shower room had a square tray it was dangerous and I snagged my toe on showering. We had tea & coffee together with water in our room. The Hotel has no dining facilities. The hotel while clean with a small comfortable bed it would improve by having pleasant helpful receptionist and having the exterior cleaned.
Small bed, nasty shower tray and unpleasant first impression on checking in.
Very quiet (triple glazed) despite central location. Good value. Snacks! Efficient receptionist.
Room was small with no space for a desk to work at. But not unreasonable given the price.
