Waste of money
Didnt clean my room despite several phone calls. They said the cleaners would come in to change bed sheets n towels however I had to sleep in unchanged bedding
No use to swimming pool or gym as was not opened
Staff not good at customer service
The beds were very comfortable
The breakfast was very e expensive
I liked the room as there was 4 of us and we all got to stay in one room
That the ac and all electrics turned off at 6 in morning so couldn’t sleep as it was so humid in the room, it took 37 days for my complaint to get a reply to it.
