Room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was nice but I felt the shower glass should have extended across the entire tub so as to not cause water to spill on the floor. Pros (+) The Grosvenor is expensive and a nice splurge in London. It's located right in Victoria Station, so it is perfect if you're seeing shows, going to the Kew, or any tube connection. Pros (+) Excellent location especially if you know nothing about London. My 7th floor room was quiet and great for sleeping in. You can walk to many tourist locations. We had a great time.
