Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its proximity to public transport, shops, and tourist attractions. The staff received positive feedback for being friendly, helpful, and professional. Value for money was also noted as a strong point by several guests. However, opinions on cleanliness were mixed, with some guests mentioning issues such as mould, dirty carpets, and hair on bedsheets, while others found their rooms clean and tidy. Room size and noise were occasional concerns, but overall, the positives focused on the convenient location, good service, and reasonable pricing.AI-generated from customer reviews
