Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Paddington Station and local amenities. Cleanliness and helpful, friendly staff were also frequently highlighted as positives. However, many found the rooms and bathrooms extremely small and cramped, with some discomfort from hard beds. While the hotel offers good value and is suitable for short stays, issues with room size and bed comfort were common concerns.
