The overall experience was mediocre. When my friend and I arrived, we were told all rooms were non-smoking. But, when we checked into the room we were assigned, it smelled like smoke and the air conditioner was not working. This was not good, because it was exceptionally hot. Pros (+) There was nothing good about this place.
Cons (-) Graffiti on the actual bed, bathtub full of hair, disgusting toilet, urine soaked hallways and sketched out drug users. If you want a downtown LA in the 1970’s pay by the hour vibe then this place is for you.

Pros (+) The only good part about our stay at this hotel was that the guy working the front desk when we checked in was very nice and tried to accommodate us as much as he could but he didn't have the authority to refund our money.
Cons (-) Dirty... Actually, nasty! Doors and doorknobs weren't working. The wifi worked very little if at all (wouldn't connect 90 percent of the time). Couldn't get refund for such a nasty I cleaned room with non working amenities that are listed in the description. It's basically a trap. A people trap.

Pros (+) Location to Downtown Long Beach and very clean bathroom and the bed itself was very clean
Cons (-) Filthy carpet,filth chairs, floor was uneven,mirror had names scrated in it, driveway blocked due to abanodoned vehicle per staff. Staff had on dirty clothes at reception desk..OMG...unfortunately only spent a few hours and didn't enjoy this facility at all

Pros (+) * Close to convention center and beach * Spacious room * Courteous and helpful front desk clerks * Long Beach is a very nice town, feels more quaint than you would think it would
Cons (-) * Cleanliness was definitely an issue. I wouldn't call it horrible, as some others described, but it was sub-par. * Holes in comforter * Room could use some maintenance and deep cleaning * Noise from streets surrounding the hotel came into the room easily, recommend earplugs if you're a light sleeper!
