Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location near the airport, making it very convenient for travelers. Many reviewers also mention positive experiences with the staff, describing them as friendly and helpful. However, there are several complaints about the high cost of parking and breakfast, as well as some issues with cleanliness and maintenance in rooms and bathrooms. The shuttle service receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding it efficient and others experiencing delays or overcrowding. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its proximity to the airport and generally good service, but improvements could be made in amenities and value for price.

All I expect from a Marriott Bonvoy hotel. Carlos at the bar is always great. Menu and drinks offering as well. It's not Marriott's problem, but the $60 a night self parking is outrageous. You have to think two about the rate, even when it's a good one, since you have to add $60 a day to your tab.

The hotel was very outdated. Dimly lit hallways and rooms. The location to the airport is nice but there are many other nicer hotels for less money that are updated. I would not stay here again.

Pros (+) First, The employees were kind. So I could ask without any pressure. Second, The facilities were clean overall.
Cons (-) If you want to use wi-fi you need to pay about daily passing. I didn't feel uncomfortable about it.

Pros (+) nice room. comfortable bed. everything worked
Cons (-) Terrible pickup service at the airport. We waited a half hour for the shuttle, and finally I had to call the hotel to request a pickup. The other hotel shuttles passed by every 10-15 minutes.
