Ping pong table
No breakfast, pool closes early , game room closes early , the AC would work then turn off and on room was stuffy.
Unreasonably expensive for what you get.
The bed was nice. The room was clean, the maids did an excellent job.
Priced up to 230$/night. (Varies by day) for that price I expect some level of luxury-esq. yet only had a loud window AC in the record setting LA heat of early July. No microwave, No ironing board, not even an ice bucket/machine, the only closet looked like it was bought at ikea a decade ago, the fridge was ridiculously small ones that can barely fit a six pack of bottle necks. The room came with 2 towels and I was told no when I requested a 3rd for my daughter.... I needed to get a roll away bed for my 5YO which then charged me 10$/night for which is crazy to me. Parking was 25$/night (no valet) which I talked down to 20$ but it’s in a tiny cramped lot, if you get back late you’ll be lucky to find a spot. Location is sketchy at best, at least in walking distance to restaurants if your crazy enough to cross a street in LA. Bottom line, it’s a low end hotel at resort prices... will not be returning.
Great location
The location of this hotel is right in koreatown and walking distance from many great restaurants and stores.
The towels were a bit rough and the room smelled a bit musty but the bed was comfortable and the room was big and modern. Wish the elevator was faster or maybe had another since it was the only way one could exit the hotel as well as the only one for going up to the rooms.
LOVED THIS PLACE!! CLEAN, UNCLUTTERED, FRIENDLY!!
Everything! Room was clean, spacious and bright! Staff was very friendly and welcoming!
NA
Terrible
For 2 of the three nights I got almost no sleep. There were other rooms around mine where numerous ( 5 in one room?) people were loudly yelling, partying, and who know what else. The management was unable to handle this. Also, I had a truck which is $30 per night extra, not $20. I found this out as I left. It wasn't a great experience all around. But that said, the staff was really nice, especially the parking lot guys.
Perfectly fine place to lay your head, but don't e
Very early morning and check-in time staff were friendly and helpful. There is a fee for early check-in, which surprised me. Bed is very comfortably and room was a nice size. The AC is a window/wall unit, which means the AC may not be as quiet and cool as some wish. I'm used to it because I live in an old building and have a window unit, but I can see how someone who lives in a newer building might find this odd for a hotel. Nice toiletries in the bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash. Nice location in walking distance of coffee shops and eateries. Basically, this is a no-frills hotel that is a perfectly decent place to lay your head.
One night staffer barely looked up or acknowledged me when I went to ask a question. When I asked for an iron and ironing board, they were in poor condition. I'm not sure if the iron was working properly and it water spilled out from it when I got it. Ironing board was old and stained. Some of the upholstery in the room was stained. Didn't bother me, but might bother some people. Why is there not even a vending machine to get water? I had to resort to just filling several small glasses of water from the lobby.
very cozy and comfortable
no reception on direct tv
Great Place to Stay
The hotel was very clean & very accommodating!
The price for parking is a little absurd, but hey it's LA!
Comfy beds, pleasant staff, clean room, big TV. Amazing Koreatown location one block from main Korean mall and super great BBQ.
Ping pong room is dreary and had pest issues. Pool was dirty.
The cleanliness and locaction.
No breakfast.
Friendly and helpful staff
Rooms were nice and better than expected. Parking easy and free. The staff were very helpful and even mailed an item I left behind free of charge. I've been in much bigger and more expensive hotels who would not do such a thing.
Mediocre boutique
Free parking but not centrally located so had to drive everywhere.
Bathroom was not clean: hair and dirt all over walls. Walls also were poorly constructed and caving in or puffing out in multiple spots. Seemed cheap despite nice fixtures, tile and touches of marble. Also had two yippy dogs barking a few doors down that ruined stay. No fridge in room also disappointing.
