Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for visiting local attractions and the sanctuary. The service was frequently described as friendly, helpful, and professional, with several guests highlighting the staff's willingness to go above and beyond. Cleanliness was another strong point, with many reviews noting well-maintained rooms and common areas. However, breakfast received mixed to negative feedback, with several guests finding it basic or lacking in variety. Bed comfort was also a concern for some, with mentions of old or uncomfortable mattresses. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially regarding location, service, and cleanliness.AI-generated from customer reviews
