Pros (+) I stayed at Thongbay with a friend and Could not have been more satisfied with the guest house. Our bungalow overlooked a beautiful garden and every morning we had a delicious breakfast on the porch. The staff was incredibly helpful and organized transportation throughout Luang Prabang for the whole stay. The bungalow was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was a huge plus!
Cons (-) The location is a bit far from the center of town, but they do have a free shuttle that runs several times during the day. It would have been nice to have had a little more flexibility in terms of our ability to get into the main part of town, but we made it work!
