Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests generally appreciated the hotel's location, which was convenient for travel and close to attractions. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with service, including unhelpful or rude staff and slow responses to requests. Cleanliness was also a frequent concern, with reports of dirty bathrooms and rooms. Several guests found the rooms to be very small and cramped, and many felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price paid. Overall, while the location was a positive, the negative aspects of service, cleanliness, room size, and value for money were commonly mentioned.
