Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's prime location and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, which often made their stay enjoyable even when other aspects fell short. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with closed or outdated facilities, ongoing renovations, and a general need for refurbishment. Cleanliness is generally acceptable but not outstanding. Several guests felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price, citing unexpected charges and a lack of amenities expected from a 5-star property. Despite these concerns, the positive attitude and helpfulness of the staff stand out as a key strength.
