Terrible experience. They start by asking - your first time with the Company (weird question to ask everybody) - but I now understand why, This has to be your first time, as it will be your last time. Company and Staff misleading you at every turn. I've never received such out of the blue fees. Terrible, terrible experience. I would not recommend my enemy to waste time and money with ClickRent.

STAY AWAY THEY ARE THIEVES Pickup: Had to wait 90 mins for my car with no AC with my toddler. They were nasty. Was over 95 degrees. Drop off: sand in car (didn’t realize I had to drop it off spotless) so they told me I was gonna be charged €100 to clean then saw they charged me 165€ to clean and about 400€ for damage when there was NO DAMAGE!! Overall: WORST EXPERIENCE

The agent was incredibly rude and didn’t honor our booking. We went next door to Enterprise and was met by a friendly staff.

They doubled the hire price and when I complained they refused to hire me a car and were made to walk back to the airport. I was not the only person to be treated this way. Also other people were all being changed extra avoid this hire company they are a big rip off

Cons:

At the time got the cheapest deal on the internet which was good and took out my own private excess insurance, but when I told them this there attitude changed completely and putting over the scare tactics Then trying to find all types of faults with everything..... So I won’t be back now
