Pros (+) The price is less than nearby hotels and it was where we needed to stay during our road trip

Cons (-) Everything is very old. I almost rates cleanliness lower, but I think the main problem was things are old and worn out.

Pros (+) Ease of check in. Affordable. Great option if you are just needing a place to sleep.

Cons (-) Ground floor room, curtains did not stay closed when fan was on. Window had torn screen. Debris piled on ground below window.
