The first room assigned to us had a really nasty "couple"(?) nextdoor. :The woman had bruises all over her scantily clad body. As they exited the room you could smell the (hard) drugs in the air. So, we asked for a new room. The frontdesk was very resentful that we asked her for a safer room option, but we did finally get a new room, which was better... or so we thought. Pros (+) They had complimentary cookies and popcorn at check in. Our room was very spacious and clean.
Cons (-) On the first try our key card didn't work, then after our key was reprogrammed we were not able to get in, the bathroom door blocked the entry way. The staff was super busy with checking people in and there was no sense of urgency to get us in our room.

Cons (-) 1) Ant infestation in room. 2) Small bathroom sink. No room to put toilet items. 3) Breakfast was terrible. Watery scrambled eggs, cold potatoes, same menu every day. Low quality selections. 4) Asked for quiet location and was put into one of the busiest areas on first floor near employee area, laundry and renovations. Cons (-) No iron in the room, but there was an ironing board. Smelled a bit. Sketchy dudes hanging out in the lobby from 8pm until at least 11:30 when I went to bed. Not sure if they were undercover security or if watching Netflix on their phones from the lobby is better than being in their own rooms.
