The first room assigned to us had a really nasty "couple"(?) nextdoor. :The woman had bruises all over her scantily clad body. As they exited the room you could smell the (hard) drugs in the air. So, we asked for a new room. The frontdesk was very resentful that we asked her for a safer room option, but we did finally get a new room, which was better... or so we thought. Pros (+) They had complimentary cookies and popcorn at check in. Our room was very spacious and clean.
Cons (-) On the first try our key card didn't work, then after our key was reprogrammed we were not able to get in, the bathroom door blocked the entry way. The staff was super busy with checking people in and there was no sense of urgency to get us in our room.
