Pros (+) The water park is loads of fun for kids, especially the lazy river
Cons (-) Check in is slow as molasses The rooms in the old building are just that, OLD! The bathrooms are really small with little to none counter space. It felt like a roadside motel room instead of a resort hotel.

Cons (-) Pictures online were deceiving !! I guess that there is a new tower but if you used a thislrd way party company to purchase a reservation, they put you in outdated very uncortavle rooms, there was even mold and we had to kill a roach in the tub!
Cons (-) This place is terrible. Lines for check-in exceed 45 minutes due to slow staff and inefficient processes. People cut in line and this is tolerated by staff which makes those waiting have to wait even longer! I complained to Mrs. Garcia (event director and the Manager on Duty) and the next day, still no change. The rooms are run down and furniture came from the 60's. It is like staying at a Motel 6...
