Responsive courteous staff. Nice amenities. Beautiful venue. Very sparse power outlets in room Had to disconnect lamp to plug in charger. Bedside clock was not illuminated. No option for minifridge in room.

The Staff was AMAZING - Ritz-Carl has the reputation of being client focused and the treatment by the staff was amazing - def. would give them 5 stars out of 5 Sometimes the rooms that you get a really good deal are: super small - by the boiler etc. this was not the case - we definitely got a slightly smaller room than previous rooms I have booked at the Ritz however that was the only item and I understand that

Signed up for a rate that included breakfast, but found out that it only included in room dining. Food was OK, but not really what we wanted.

The out standing customer service. The nightlife event for NYE is not as long as in downtown DC. Great hotel but the bar closes early at 2 AM which is Virginia law to my understanding.

This is my 3rd stay at this hotel and it never disappoints. Staff is excellent, room is clean, and you can't beat the location. Champagne at check in is my favorite.

Gym, is importan to me as well as cleanliness and I was so glad this hotel met both standards and more. Can't say that there was one thing there that I was not happy with.

An elegant hotel with outstanding service, just as you would expect from the Ritz Carlton. The rooms are generous and comfortable with a great bed and a coffee/tea maker. Since this hotel is linked the Galleria shopping mall, probably Washington's most upscale mall, it is a great place to stay if you want to do some shopping without the hassles of driving or parking. The only word of caution is that the upper floors of the hotel are being renovated from around 8am to 5pm everyday, and you can hear the drills and jackhammers even several floors below. So, if you want a room that is quiet during the day and night, you should arrange in advance for a room on the lowest level possible. Overall--a great hotel.

The Ritz Carlton in Tysons Corner is a gem. The hotel is wonderfully located, just off 495 and attached to a fabulous shopping complex. The hotel's staff provided wonderful service from check in to the concierge level. We utilized the pool, fitness center, enjoyed holiday entertainment and a beautifully appointment room. Thank you to the Ritz Carlton properties for never failing to impress.

This Ritz does not allow children in the pool between 10 am and 7 pm, caring more about its spa visitors than its hotel guests. As a result, during a Thanksgiving visit to the area, I struggled to find indoor entertainment for my 10 and 12 year neices, while it was cold outside and the pool remained empty. I'd expected a relaxing trip, during which I could enjoy the much hyped spa area (with steam, sauna, whirlpool and pool) and play in the pool with the girls. Very disappointing.

This Ritz does not allow children in the pool between 10 am and 7 pm, caring more about its spa visitors than its hotel guests. As a result, during a Thanksgiving visit to the area, I struggled to find indoor entertainment for my 10 and 12 year neices, while it was cold outside and the pool remained empty. I'd expected a relaxing trip, during which I could enjoy the much hyped spa area (with steam, sauna, whirlpool and pool) and play in the pool with the girls. Very disappointing.

We enjoyed every minute of our two day stay. Staff were friendly and the rooms were great. Very comfortable beds and all of the small touches you expect from a stay at a Ritz Carlton. We will be back.

I stayed here for 4 nights and was upgraded to the club level which is superb if you've never experienced it. The staff remembered us throughout the hotel and always address us by name. The restaurant was phenomenal, and received a James Beard award recently. My room service experience was above average. Really convenient to shopping but a little ways out of downtown DC. Free Shuttle or driver takes you to shopping areas and mass transit.
