Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location near the city center, friendly and professional service, spacious and comfortable rooms, and beautiful pools. Many highlighted the charming atmosphere, well-maintained grounds, and quality breakfast. A few minor issues were mentioned, such as occasional noise, dim lighting in some rooms, and rare cleanliness concerns, but overall, the positive experiences far outweighed the negatives, with many guests recommending the hotel and expressing a desire to return.
