Most guests praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for events at San Siro and easy access to public transport. Cleanliness was frequently mentioned as a positive, with many finding rooms tidy and well-maintained. However, several reviews noted issues with breakfast variety and quality, and some found the beds uncomfortable or the linens insufficient. Service received mixed feedback, with some staff described as friendly and helpful, while others reported poor communication or unresponsiveness.
