Liked location, but many facilities issues - hot tub was not hot, not even bath water hot, and holds only 5 people. noisy heater so switched rooms, red stains (blood?) on chair in my room, people smoking in hotel and elevator.

Pros (+) Was good that it was close to the airport, with shuttle service
Cons (-) Front desk didn't have any of my booking info, and even though I had the confirmation email in front of me I still had to call the booking agency myself - waited on hold while my wife had to sit and wait in the lobby with our bags.
