Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's prime beachfront location and the relaxing pool area, which many found to be a highlight of their stay. The spacious rooms and beautiful sea views were also appreciated by several guests. However, reviews were mixed on service, with some noting friendly and helpful staff while others experienced unfriendliness or lack of attentiveness. Cleanliness and maintenance were recurring concerns, with multiple guests mentioning outdated or dirty rooms and facilities in need of renovation.
