Good 7.0
Pros: The food was great
Cons: The fact that no drinking water was supplied in the room
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The resort is amazing. I liked how spacious it is - it has everything - gorgeous views, the ocean beach, sun, multiple bars, massage rooms, pools, a stage for live performances, awesome food: a salad bar, an Italian restaurant (that needs prior reservation to get in) and much more. WORD OF CAUTION FOR WESTERNERS: Make sure to stay at that resort and don’t wander off along the beach. We have made a mistake to keep walking and had a few bad encounters. At first there will be multiple “beach boys” accosting you with offers to buy stuff from them. Then when we left the resort beach area, I heard multiple cat-calls from locals about my girlfriend’s look. And then worst of all, when we went back to the road and tried to walk back, we were stopped by the local police that (only spoke Swahili) and asked us for documents. Since we had none (we were in our beach-wear) they started demanding us to pay the bribe. It was quite scary because they were holding machine guns and were talking/looking at my girlfriend in a quite demeaning manner. (She had to talk to them because I don’t speak Swahili.) We were able to get away from them after about half-an-hour of confrontation by letting them keep the tripod for our camera equipment in exchange for a promise to go get them cash/bribe from the ATM. We obviously got an Uber and returned to the hotel ASAP. This was probably the moment when I was scared for our lives. So if you are a Westerner, stay at the resort and you will be fine. Otherwise always order Uber and don’t come out of it in places other than your destination. The police in Kenya is very underpaid and corrupt.
Cons: From my girlfriend: One complaint though, the dinner dress code. I understand there is a need to keep things classy and all but I feel like trying to do this in Mombasa is punishment because of the temperatures. Firstly, when you get away, you want to relax from the chaos of your everyday life which could include having to dress up in a certain way when going to work or school or something like that. When you pay to go chill somewhere and then find a fashion corp that sends you back because your shorts are not allowed at the dinner table, that ruins the whole point of getting away in the first place. Secondly, I found it disturbing that women couldn’t show up in shorts but men could show up in shorts. If there is a certain dress code, then it should apply to all but not to women. So women if you are planning on going here be sure to pack a few dresses or whatever pants you have otherwise, no dinner for you. Men, your shorts are okay!! ——————————————— I totally agree with what she said above. The dress code had almost ruined our night. I could see that when they sent us back to change (well, her to change) it ruined her mood and instead of enjoying the dinner we were talking about it at the dinner table. Also one note about the dress code. Even though they sent my girlfriend back to change, I later saw that another (white) lady that showed up in shorts got a different treatment - they simply gave her a shawl to cover her shorts and let her stay at the table. It would probably be fair to train your staff to apply similar measures to all the guests. Just saying.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Food good and plenty. Very good customer service. Very good location and clean place.
Cons: Rooms could have been spacious a bit going by the location and pricing of the location.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I and my wife enjoyed our stay. The staff went out of their way to make our wedding anniversary a memorable one. The room was neat and comfortable. The sea view was splendid. The buffet meals exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back here next time we are in Mombassa
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Everything from the room, facilities, access to the beach, and also the food and drink was amazing. Voyager is one place I never get tired of. The staff and service is super, very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.
Good 7.0
Pros: We could go snorkeling
Cons: Mean pancakes lady near exit dining room door. Weak wifi.
Excellent 8.0
I booked a Sea View room for my parents as their Wedding Anniversary was coming up through Agoda. Upon arrival, it took the staff almost two hours to just confirm if the booking was legit/available. Luckily I requested my brother to go there and assist them. They finally confirmed and got them another room, which was much smaller. I’m just glad they enjoyed their stay and ate delicious food while being properly entertained. I would recommend this highly, but will urge anyone to get the booking confirmation on email but also from them directly through call to allow for easy check-in.
Excellent 10.0
The hotel and staff were great, the staff we met at the last time we stayed, and some were still there. If there are entertainments like the Lion King and the prodigal sons five years ago, we would like it more. We like the performances of the past and feel that the current entertainment activities lack what we like. We got a good service from several staff members. Below I will name a few. Restaurant Margaret in the Kelvin Animation Department, Shelia, who is trained in the bar/restaurant, will be an important asset for the hotel. She is very friendly, helpful, speaks fluent English, and always tries her best We are happy. The front desk are also excellent. I have already considered returning here next year.
Excellent 10.0
This is a great place for a holiday! Very nice place, great meals, great room! We spent two days at this hotel before Christmas. There are a lot of guests here, but we didn't see anyone, it was very relaxing! The evening performance was awesome! If you want to take a break and don't want anything, I suggest you come to this hotel. Thanks to all the staff, especially Thanks to the manager lucky!!!! She solved all our problems and made our holiday very memorable! If we decide to go to the Indian Ocean for a holiday, we will choose this hotel! Thank you very much for the Voyager Hotel!
Excellent 10.0
This lodging has the WOW calculate. No terrible focuses. The staff are so neighborly and nothing is as well much inconvenience for any of them. The lodging is as the title recommends based on the tall oceans and each evening the watercraft docks at a critical time harbour. The nourishment for that evening is at that point based on that city. Great assortment of nourishment something for all tastes. Drinks of a tall standard. Entertainment shifts each evening and numerous appears delivered by the skilled liveliness group. The grounds of this inn are delightfully outlined with a few client neighborly bars where one can have pre-dinner drinks and after that conceivable go back for a nightcap. Remember the backdrop to all this is often a lovely white shoreline on the Indian Sea.
Excellent 10.0
me and my boy friend Mr. Nune stay this hotel and we spent such a wonderfull time we dont see this kind of service ever.
Excellent 10.0
The hotel itself is quite large but you never really felt that it was overcrowded. The facilities are certainly large enough to cope with the number of people accommodated, it was at full occupancy whilst we were there. The hotel sits in a great location on Nyali beach. There was some seaweed but nothing to stop you from going in and swimming, the sea is very safe as it is protected by a coral reef about half a mile from shore. There are 3 pools at Voyager, one big fun pool, one sports pool and the relaxing pool where no kids are allowed. There are more than enough sun beds for everyone and space to put them without feeling like you're in a battery farm. Towels are provided as part of the all included package. I really can't fault the hotel, very professional and very friendly. I recommend it to both couples and families looking for a good quality hotel with enough facilities to keep you amused but without being a holiday camp.
Excellent 10.0
On official duty to Mombasa County one cannot think of a better place to rest. And have a peaceful night after a hard days work. Voyager is a one stop place for both locals and international clients. The serene environment and the lightnings during the night makes it quite interesting. There is nothing to doubt about the voyager beach resort. One of the most captivating experiences i have had in the Coast. Is visiting and experiencing Voyager resort services.
Excellent 8.5
Went here for a one week holiday. The place is clean and well manicured. It has a beautiful scenery just next to the beach. The resort is in Nyali, just about 5 kilometers from Mombasa. The food here is good, you'll love the buffet and drinks are in plenty. Rooms are always clean, with the attendants working round the clock to ensure your room remains looking superb. They have a beautiful and clean swimming pool if you want to cool off the heat at the coast. Though you offer free WiFi, you should improve on its signal as it was very weak.
Excellent 9.5
My Group & I had a very memorable time and cant wait for the elections to be over so that we can plan for more..... Your staff were very efficient and always ready to assist. The food was sumptuous and there was a variety which made it more exciting to dine In particular I would like to recognise Patrick the swimming instructor who was readily available and very patient with us since some of us were learning how to swim for the 1st time. Am now no longer afraid of water..............................

A really well-run resort where we relaxed properly
Okay 4.4
Cleanliness is v poor Touch you glass door n your hand get dirty with black dirt
Excellent 9.6
Kids would love the club. Amazing and vibrant staff who engage the children the entire day. My daughter always looked forward each morning to go discover the daily activities. From the games, menu, night movies, just everything. Just to mention a few, Mitchel and Swabrina made my stay as a parent enjoyable. Would always go back!!!
Excellent 10.0
Love this hotel! The staff, facilities and food were amazing! Will recommend to all my friends
Excellent 8.8
Lovely hotel and spa located by the beach, unfortunately doesn’t have a good working WiFi connection. The best thing is the lush garden and wildlife so you can view monkeys and a variety of birds as you walk to breakfast. There is live music in the evening, but expect to wait double than usual time to get your food order as this place is relaxed and you won’t be getting anything in a hurry. Allow an hour for check out! Not a good place for business traveller but if you are there on a holiday and not in a rush, you will have a great time.
Excellent 9.1
very pleasant stay, only negative was that you get charged for water or soda at lunch/dinner when on fullboard.
Excellent 10.0
The hotel is located in the coast of Kenya. The town is warm and excellent all year round. I loved the food more than anything else. The sea food and the buffet in the morning was something I was looking forward to. The staff is friendly and professional and we got all the assistance we needed especially with our little daughter. The air conditioner in our room was faulty and it took days to fix it. The beach was a little messy and littered especially because it was the peak session. They could have sourced for more staff during the peak as the staff looked exhausted and overworked.
Excellent 10.0
This hotel never disappoints. Excellent services, great food, beautiful and luxurious rooms, great pool, and unforgettable spa. The sea food restaurant at the beach is amazing and the quality of sea food there is out of the world. The hotel is also convenient as it is close to Mega malls, that is City mall and Nyali mall in Nyali center. The most interesting thing about this hotel is there WiFi. It is super fast. Their meals are well prepared and I enjoyed their food. Their attention to every customer requests is unmatched. The security measures they have put in place to ensure that their customers are safe is great. Generally, the hotel is amazing and i can give them 9 on a scale of 1 to 10.
Excellent 8.5
I liked the fact that it is located along the longest beach fronts, making it a perfect place of preference for holiday, since one can freely stroll along to enjoy the ocean breeze and gaze at the tide movements. This is made possible by the fact that, the facility has good security measures in place. The foods here are great, with the varieties in their menu. The facility's rooms are well designed and strategically positioned facing the sea front, hence provides one with a perfect view of the ocean from the comfort of your room. Consider expanding the parking space to ensure ample space is available to all their clients at any given time.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: I like them and staff very nice , helpful Hotel is clean
Good 7.0
Pros: Location convenient if you need to visit town
Cons: The hotel is need of TLC. AC kept breaking down and shower pressure was low. At certain time you couldn't get hot water. Staff were friendly tried their best to make your stay comfortable. Although they kept knocking our door for room cleaning in the morning. There was no tag to post on the door
Okay 4.8
Location was pretty good.. But wifi is REALLY slow.....and water pressure was super weak to take a shower....... you cant imagine how bad it was.... I highly reccomend the other hotel to you.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Service was outstanding
Okay 5.0
Pros: Good location, good choice of restaurants at the waterfront.
Cons: Apparently under new management, the security on arrival is intolerable. You are not believed when you say you are checking in and have to park on the road, enter on foot, check in and then return outside to bring your car in. When challenged the response was new policy from new management. Very very frustrating. Lack of hot water in the apartment blocks. Twice we had to call out the engineer. No hot water in the evening (fixed) and no hot water in the morning (not fixed). We used to love staying at English Point but after this experience will be looking elsewhere.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Beds were soft and comfy, quality linen. Comfortable furniture. Great view of fort Jesus and old town.
Cons: Meals included in the package were sad. Voice of meat, fish or chicken. It was like a cheap wedding. The entree took nearly an hour to arrive after sitting down. No drinks included, not even water. Red wine was truly awful. The band was a step down from elevator music. Bland. This is supposed to be the premier Mombasa hotel. The room was $375 per night. I expected so much more. Better to go to a nice break resort.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Pier is the best aspect. Good location for airport/city
Cons: Pretty mediocre for the price. Wouldn’t stay here again.
Good 7.0
Pros: Views from Balcony are spectacular! Staff is friendly and helpful!
Cons: Breakfast is average, nothing special to write about. The selection of breads and cake are all dry to chew on, not well made.
Excellent 8.0
Our stay at EnglishPointe was made all the better by the staff. Peter was attentive and very accommodating after we had a room mix up.
Excellent 10.0
English point is the best. I will be back many times for the excellent facilities, beautiful scenery and wonderful staff
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The views were stunning. Well maintained and kept property. Close to town. The staff are extremely helpful if you needed something done. Brenda and Samuel at the front desk went above and beyond their duties to help me when I needed help with connecting to my work.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff from reception, gym and hotel restaurant. Clean gym and stunning pool. Apartment suite was very clean and well appointed.
Cons: Kitchen staff and chef do not fully understand what gluten-free requirements entail. This is an opportunity for training, especially with their á la carte menu. However, rice and potato options were readily available. Speaker system, cappuccino maker & kitchen sink (pipe from basin to exit pipe were not connected) were not working.

Okay 5.0
Pros: The hotel looked decent and beautiful from outside. The room were good but...
Cons: I was given room b26. As I entered I could smell something. Unfortunately I discovered that the room had been used by another visitor and I was allocated the same room without cleaning up. The bed had been used the drinking water was also used and bottled discarded in the dustbin. I didn't even check the bathroom because I was already disgusted. I was assigned another room which was freshly cleaned. The facilitates, the bed look ok the bedding are of good quality. So it's a good hotel run badly.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The hotel has a particular architecture and it's very beautiful. The room is very spacious with a magnificent view. The receptionist Paula is just an amazing and prlfe person!
Cons: Most of sanitizer dispenser were not working.
Good 6.0
Pros: The swimming pool.
Cons: Beds are hard
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The toilet was dirty at check-in. Asked for it to be cleaned and all I could smell was bleach. It wasn't cleaned properly. The stairwells smelled awful. The food for half board (dinner and breakfast) was mediocre. The oat porridge was cold, complained about this and nothingwas done. No fire to keep it warm. There was no value for money. $81 for one night 👎.The shower wasn't draining properly. Took more than 30 minutes to drain. Had to wear my sandals to have a shower. This is poor management.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Room is spacious
Cons: 1. The response rate by staff is slow. Requested several in room items. had to call several times to remind them 2. You can make several calls at the reception and no one to pick calls. Wont return a call until you call again 3. Some basic facilities were missing...like Kettle to boil water yet in the room coffee making facilities are provided. Every time you wanted to take coffee you had to call the reception to bring you hot water. Again you had to call severally to get someone, and when you did you had to call again several times to remind them. 4. The key card in my room was not working. every time i asked was told it had been repaired. Never worked all the time I was there. Was forced every time I stepped out of my room to call the reception for someone to open with a key. Thats pathetic. The staff at the reception were generally very young and inexperienced. FELT THEY WERE EITHER INTERNS OR IT WAS AN ISSUE OF CHEAP AVAILABLE LABOUR. The property can do better. Stayed there before when it was Western Best. Cant even imagine the differences
Excellent 8.8
With all the hustle and bustle of Mombasa, this is a great escape from the city life and the tourist areas not too far away. Spacious, clean, and accessible, CityBlue is a lovely place to pass the time if you need to be in Mombasa proper. While the hotel is a bit dated and a massive building project is being erected right next door, property is well manicured and the staff does a wonderful job of attending to guests' needs.
Okay 4.8
I consider that hotel as an expensive. The room was smelly, old wooden tables has a bad smell. Hope they chamge it. There was no body lotion, shower gell in the bathroom.
Excellent 10.0
I absolutely loved this hotel. Its a gem!Perfect location which is easily accessible by public transport. The rooms are very spacious and clean, lovely sea view and awesome staff! The breakfast was amazing! The pool was sparkling clean! This is a good value for money now i have two favourite hotels in Mombasa! Nothing negative to report. It's an amazing hotel!

Pros: All the staff are exceptionally warm-hearted and welcoming. It felt good to be there. The restaurant is well kept, although furniture looks a little warn out.
Cons: The room needs upgrade and maintenance. There are no power outlets near the bed, only one at the desk. Bathroom light is noisy.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very helpful and kind staff, beautiful garden and beach front. Delicious local food and great coffee, bar. I engaged my girlfriend and the staff surprised us with a beautiful messages from flowers in our bed, it was very very very kind gesture.
Cons: Jakuzzi with cold water, no hot water. Our bathroom was a little old, toilet was not worked, they tried to fix it, told its okay, but it was'nt. AC Has the same problem. Hotel should be renovate, lots of part is very old (rooms, pool etc) Everything was great and we recommend this hotel despite of our critics.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: supportive personal in restaurant, good food
Cons: mosquitos everywhere: lobby, eating place; room had window partly open when i first entered, however did realize this fact (too) late at night; for a foreigner risks of mosquitos difficult to judge, so in my view should require particular attention by personal
Excellent 9.1
I would like to thank Lillian the one of the reception managers for enabling us to have a pleasant stay at the hotel.
Excellent 8.5
Nyali Beach Hotel is the perfect place to take your family to enjoy some sun, sand, and sea. Located in the heart of Nyali, an upmarket estate, the hotel rests on the white, clean beaches. It offers international cuisines, and is close to many social amenities. This is the perfect getaway, away from all the noise and pollution of major cities. It is a favorite with many Europeans, who are after a tan, and the perfect place to relax for those that are coming from game viewing safaris in other parts of the country. I would have preferred an all-inclusive package as compared to the half-board package.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great customer service, happy staff, awesome rooms and the bestest of breakfast.
Cons: The place is just awesome. Enjoyed ourselves
Good 7.0
Pros: That we were able to check in at 1am ! this was a big plus, breakfast was oki :) Friendly staff
Good 7.0
Pros: Good hotel to stay prior to a flight. Nothing special but clean and comfortable enough and the staff was very friendly.
Cons: breakfast could be improved
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located near the SGR terminus.
Excellent 8.0
Was a bit basic . The evening meal was excellent value for money, although the breakfast was limited choice it was all freshly cooked. All the kitchen and waiting staff were helpful and with an interesting discussion and a couple of attempts they made us some English tea. . Despite the language barrier the reception staff could not have been more helpful, arranging a taxi at very short notice for us after we were let down by another company which allowed us to catch our train with minutes to spare, we can’t thank the staff enough for this help.

I love the white sandy beach. The hotel's staff are courteous. The meals are great too. This is a nice hotel to stay away from the hustles and bustle of the CBD. The place needs a facelift. Need to improve the TV viewing.
Excellent 10.0
So far this is one of the best Hotel I have been in. They people there are very hospitable, friendly and very polite. The hotel is also very affordable and clean. Sincerely speaking i did not find anything to criticize about this hotel. It might be because I never stayed for long but for the short time i was there i felt like i owned the place.

Good 7.0
Pros: Very well located. Nearby all facilities
Cons: Simple hotel with basic facilities
Excellent 9.0
Cons: In Mombasa the rooms really need a fridge That is my only grumble in a beautiful hotel with fantastic staff I would certainly recommend
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The rooms were amazing, nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The pool was clean and well maintained.
Cons: There was some slight noise from upstairs the first day but we changed rooms and it was all good.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Meals were amaizing
Cons: The room was stuffy and below per for the kind of money they ask for
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. The property had been renovated hence it was very fresh. The Manager was very accommodating of our request for bigger rooms since our stay was nearly 12 days. Very peaceful and safe area. Will stay again.
Cons: The room sizes were quite small compared to the pictures posted. Amenities like a kettle and iron were available on request rather than in room. Prices were higher.
Excellent 9.6
the staff were very respectful and professional
Excellent 9.5
I liked the breakfast above all else. The rooms are very clean and the staff very brilliant.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was perfect 👌
Mediocre 2.0
The hotel is dated to the extent that the ceiling in our bathroom collapsed whilst we were inside, injuring my spouse. Will never stay there again. Food menu was very limited already, despite having unavailable items on top.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: View from the room is good
Cons: The property has nothing to do in the evening. A simile thing as Coke Zero is also not available at the property
Good 6.0
Pros: The staff, rooms and your restaurant
Cons: The price
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Awesome beach though
Cons: Atleast more prompt service at the restaurant/bar
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I like the staff. The receptionists, Christine was helpful and guided me in anything I did. Baraka, the pool attendant ensured I didn't drown in the pool lol!
Cons: I enjoyed my experience at the hotel! To begin with the staff, they were so kind and generous. The food was exceptional and delicious couldn't even eat out of the hotel. My room was directly facing the sea and the view was one of a kind, as I could also see the pool. My stay was great and this is a place I can always go back.
Okay 4.2
Pros: Love the potential in terms of architecture and ocean view.
Cons: The property is in need of serious renovation and repairs. The walls are filthy, torn cushions on chairs, beach is not maintained, towels are flat, no tub stopper, leaking ceilings in main lobby areas. I would definitely return if the place were restored.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Rooms were fantastic and the staff were amazing. The front desk manager Leah is amazing she is Gem.
Cons: Meals were not so great.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The rooms were big and the easy beach access
Cons: For a 5 star resort the hotel had extremely poor management. Lacked alot of maintenance. I stayed room 14 on the 3rd floor, the curtains were soaking wet, room was infested with ants, they did not refill the tea and coffee bar, sheets had brown stains, shower did not work, no hot water, hot water tap in the basin did not work. I am extremely disappointed with my stay.
Excellent 9.2
Cons: I would like some better breakfast and food
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The location of the hotel is incredible and the staff were super nice. The swimming pool is definitly a plus and it was very good to spend some time there. The beach on the hotel front is good, and only the hotel guests are there.
Cons: The wifi was horrible. I needed to work online and it was impossible. The breakfast could have more variety: cheese, ham, expesso coffee, etc.

We stayed at Lotus hotel for 2 nights during our educational trip in Mombasa and it was an excellent option. The hotel was cheaper compared to others in the locality, perfect food, free Wi-Fi, friendly staff and quiet environment. The rooms were averagely good with a table, TV and hot showers. The location of the hotel was nice as it is near Mombasa town and historical Fort Jesus. The security around the hotel was great! The hotel services were slow after we arrived in numbers. Some students had to wait for up to one hour to get their food served.

Mediocre 3.6
We were expecting at least the bare minimum but were greatly dissatisfied. Sure, the rooms are big ane spacious but the bathrooms are seriously below standard. Loose fittings, poor water drainage, and dirty and cracked tubs. No hand showers for people who prefer water over toilet paper. And the rooms in the old wing had close to no aircon service. The mechanism is old and outdated and the rooms were not cooled down one bit. Thankfully there was a fan which allowed for some ventilation. The staff were friendly but very slow ij their management. A request would be answered hours later and after much reminder. We were expecting more prompt service. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless all of these issues have been resolved.
Excellent 8.0
We booked this hotel given it’s proximity to Fort Jesus and the old town. The staff (Eric) was super friendly and helpful and I was happy to find that the room we had was modest but clean (some other reviews painted a bleak picture). I think this is good moderately priced option near the old city for anyone looking. I didn’t try the casino but can say that rooms on the interior (facing the parking) were pretty quiet.
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: I spent 1 night in transit going home in emergency because of corona virus, paid 86 usd as single for a terrible room so dirty no maintenance terrible place. I really insisted they could give me an other room on the parking view but was also disgusting, so bad to “sleep “ with this feeling. The restaurant is also so bad you don t dare to sit as they don t clean... I live in Africa but this level of NOT TAKING CARE... never seen it. In Mombassa there is no good option if u need to be close to airport. But Avoid this one at least!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very friendly staff
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Old historical building right in the center.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff the heritage of the building the location
Cons: The sound of the crows was an alarm every morning so annoying need sound proof and it's a bit over price
Good 7.5
Pros: Large rooms, historical, centrally location
Cons: Water pressure low in shower
Okay 5.0
Pros: Decent breakfast
Cons: Rooms smelled like mold and humidity.
Excellent 8.5
The hotel is located at the town center and very perfect for people working in the town. It has a large parking space which is totally free. Hotel's staff are very friendly and professional, Online hotel reservation does not work at times. They should work on their system considering this. Service delivery is sometimes very slow and poor especially for those on cheap rooms.

Excellent 8.8
Good value for rooms and lovely staff, perfect for us as we are not fans of touristy soulless resorts but wanted to relax in Mombasa. This was simple, clean, quiet, and friendly. Our only complaints were a lack of vegetarian food options (but this is region-wide) and little drinking water provided (1 small bottle per day).
Excellent 9.0
Cons: The staff were very polite,Friendly and Customer oriented especially the guy who checked us in n the lady at the Guest relations.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Weather
Cons: Everything is bad and also they took the money cash again after payment with online visa
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The pool and Moonshine
Cons: The food was not well prepared, cold and they don’t bring amenities such as sauce and salt. Hard to order food
Good 6.4
There is not water in bathroom. shower we stay 10 days as we have to manage with that as it was not refundable
Good 6.0
Toilets not very clean bedsheets and towels were very old and dirty but very good staff
Excellent 9.6
Very nice hotel, clean, just at the beach
Good 6.2
Cons: Resturant staff is unprofessional you ask questions they will be mad for no reason
Good 6.0
Great environment but poor customer care at reception. Rooms are very dirty and dusty particularly room 203.
Excellent 10.0
The seafront is marvelous. The swimming pool was great. The hotel has the capacity to host many visitors so our staff of 52+ were well accommodated without having to book different hotels. The meals were fabulous. The buildings are a bit old and require some improvement the building. The rooms are slightly expensive. The rooms service needs to improve.
Excellent 10.0
Great Meals, cleanliness and quite motivated staff. Whether you are a vegetarian or not, you will get what you want to eat. The quality and quantity is good. There is a four course meal. The rooms are clean and neat . The swimming pool is clean and you can enjoy your drinks next to the pool as you swim in turns. This is a must go back hotel. The ocean is just next to it and you can take a walk along the beach. Wow! I would wish to recommend the following points to the hotel management to implement. Bring more taxis within the locality for ease of access to town. Evening entertainment should be brought everyday. Build more rooms to cater for the many visitors. All in all your services are excellent. Continue with the good work!
