Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it close to their destinations. However, numerous reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms and bathrooms, as well as poor housekeeping. Service was also a major concern, with reports of unprofessional staff, communication problems, and unresolved complaints. The breakfast received criticism for limited options and poor quality. Several guests felt the value for the price paid was lacking due to extra charges, outdated facilities, and insufficient amenities. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and value.

Pros (+) The bed was the only comfortable thing about my stay.
Cons (-) They could've cleaned the room and vacuumed the floor, I even found a wet used wash cloth hanging in the bathroom, What a waste of money.

Pros (+) everything was comfortable, but the fire alarms started blaring at 1am and we all had to rush outside. somebody upstairs was smoking too much, in a smoking room. that should not set off a fire alarm. ...
Cons (-) they could have offered us some sort of reimbursment. even half offof our next visit or something.
