7.7 Good
Pros: The location is excellent, just opposite to the train station. Room is very small but has been designed to include all the necessary facilities. Plenty of power sockets for laptop, mobile, etc. Wifi was free, reliable and of reasonable speed. Ample provision of tea and coffee in the room. Friendly staff and a good system for luggage storage in the hotel lobby.
Cons: Noise insulation isn't that good as I could hear people speaking in the other room, etc. The stool for the work desk was not suitable for me to do much work as it was tiring without a back support. Occasionally, housekeeping wasn't to the standard required as I found the same pillowcases with my hair on it, carpet was not hoovered, etc.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location, modern rooms with decent beds, noon check out, very affordable price point. Would definitely stay here again.
Cons: A little bit more information about the room would have been nice; maybe it's intuitive to others but I didn't realize I needed to put my card into a slot when I first walked in, or that the shower fan was controlled along with the thermostat, etc.

Since launching in 2015, Hotel Football has become one of the most talked about hotels in Manchester. In addition to the rooms, it features the restaurant 'Cafe Football', as well as a number of events spaces (many of which transform into hospitality areas on Manchester United matchdays), including the rooftop football pitch 'Heaven' and the Old Trafford Supporters Club.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel was excellent as I was there for a football match at old Trafford. I was very pleased to be offered a view of the old Trafford stadium which I didn't think I would get for the price I paid
Cons: There wasn't anything major that I didn't like. The shower in the bathroom was overhead however a shower cap was not provided. The bathroom had some wasted space, as I believe the shower area could have been made as a cubicle and the wall opposite could possibly have a longer towel rail. The current towel rail next to the sink is very small for the towels provided, therefore guest may not choose to keep existing towels for longer stays.
7.4 Good
Pros: Tantastic Manchester United football atmosphere and hype before and after the game
Cons: The beds were a little small and of course on game days it's a bit pricey. They could use a better gym for a hotel dedicated to Sport

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect for an early flight out of Manchester. The staff was very friendly, which to me is the important part of any hotel stay.
Cons: The place was clean, but there was a long brown hair on the wall of the shower and a really funky smell in one of the pillows, like mold and sweat. Not pleasant, luckily there were three other pillows available.
6.2 Good
Pros: Location in airport terminal was very convenient.
Cons: Room and bathroom were semi-clean. Room was hot... air conditioning did not work week. Bedding was nice but pillows so hard and lumpy my ears actually hurt.

Pros: The cleansers were super nice people Dear Madame. Because of your totally unacceptable behaviour, to our Guests and Staff, we will no longer be accepting any further bookings from you, and indeed you are not welcome at all in this Hotel . Cons: We booked a suit got there realized it was small, stayed 2 nights and took an extra room.Day 3 we booked a two bedroom suit which really isn't it's just them bringing two rooms together. We were shown a suit with a balcony & since my artist is super claustrophobic and has a lot of luggage we agreed to that.Upon going to pay they claimed someone booked that particular room for 2 nights and we booked it right with them less than an hr ago for 3 nights. These super racist hotel people just because the person was black almost even lied they never showed us the room.We left the hotel and booked a huge 3 bedroom penthouse suit somewhere else.Mind u we had no issues we these people we just decided to leave after realizing it was more of a racist thing, I forgot to mention their services suck, they barely help with anything like umbrellas and opening doors smh we never even had a conversation with any one except the manager the day we left but go this email today claiming we were rude to their guests.

5.3 OK
Pros: Fantastic location! Loved the look and history. Loved the age of the hotel. Breakfast on site was a plus. Good selection, easy and started the day off right.
Cons: The booked us in an ADA room and that was all they had. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable but the shower was awful and the sink was too low if you stand at it. I felt terrible taking a very well equipped ADA room and it was not super comfortable for tow very tall adults.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff were excellent, really friendly and helpful. As we were going to the theatre the location was great. The building itself is amazing - what a beautiful old building...! Breakfast was good and our room was massive. I look forward to staying there again

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely fell in love with this hotel from the moment we stepped through the doors. We were given a lovely quiet room where we barely heard anything from outside.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: This is a stunning building where most of the original features have been retained. The bar and restaurant is funky and modern yet in the most incongruous Victorian environment. Room was very high ceilinged and immaculately furnished and comedy and clean.
Cons: Downsides were no air con a bit cold and the place is a rabbit warren (though they do give you a map)
