Pros: Location and room size was excellent. Ample and free parking space was great too.

Cons: We were a family of 2 adults and 3 children and the room suggested for us was not convenient for 5 persons. We expected to have an extra crib or sofa bed to accommodate the fifth person. Or two King beds in a room could be an option too.

Pros: The cleaning staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms were nice and welcoming. Looks like the rooms have been recently redone. I enjoyed the newspaper each morning and the complementary water bottles.

Pros: It's was really close to the Metro and made it really easy to get into Montreal. The rooms were clean and modern equipped with Apple TV and a Keurig machine.

Cons: So for some reason my booking didn't include breakfast, yet in the room info book it said breakfast was included. For $20 more we could add the breakfast but it wasent worth it for us. We just went across the street to the Tim Hortons and had breakfast for under $20 and over 3,000 cal.

Pros: It was frequently suggested by my area clients to stay at the Hotel Mortagne on my visits in the area, but I was loyal to other facilities across the highway in the past. By coincidence, I chose to stay at this hotel and was very pleasantly surprised. This is a real hotel, as opposed to simple Inns and the king-bedded room on the 6th floor was found to be quite large; well appointed with windows the full width of the room. The location is easily accessible from A-20 and there are a number of great restaurants within walking distance. There is plenty of parking on the property as well. The Hotel Mortagne also boasts its own restaurant with inside and outside dining, as well as a bar. The staff is friendly and bi-lingual, yet very professional. I shall stay here again in the future.

Pros: amazing gym and very well equipped, great terrasse, bartender Guillame was very nice and helpful. The room was super bright and it has luminotherapy which was a great plus!

Cons: the way they put the shower head was only good if you were using it alone. it was not good for a couple. also the front desk service in the morning was not very welcoming. I felt like i was talking to a police, very tight; that could be improved by training your staff at better treat and act aroud your guests. Being warm and making your guest feel special is expected at a 4 star hotel.

Cons: We made a reservation on kayak prior to our arrival. When we arrived they told us they were sold out and that they didn't have a room for us despite having a confirmed reservation (paid in full). They blamed it on the computer system. Horrible customer service. Still have yet to be refunded.

Pros: The breakfast was good but was exactly the same everyday of our 5 day stay. Ample parking space and complimentary internet. The counter personnel were very friendly.

Cons: Rooms were small. No fridge or microwave in the room. The hotel could have given us a room with these amenities since we were there for an extended stay. Renovations in progress. No complimentary water bottles in room.

Cons: No housekeeping what so ever. Got breakfast one day then told couldn’t have it the next as we were with a hockey tournament. I had to wait for a different staff to explain that yea I was with a hockey tournament but no I did not book with them I booked myself through bookings. We finally got breakfast on our third morning. It really is just the point that I understood we had breakfast covered then had to go out and actually buy breakfast. When your need to save a little even breakfast is a nice save. Not sure I would stay here again.

Pros: The staff is very kind and welcoming. It was comfortable, and everything is accessible. It's nice to have the breakfast every morning, even though I don't find it enough; we had to eat something more after. Luckily I had brought some k-cups with me.

Cons: Had to run after my breakfast every morning. Nicely served but not sufficient. If you need anything, you have to get to it cause no one will ask if you need anything. There were a lot of weird sounds in the very early mornings, indoors. That was probably the worst! This constant, very light knocking sound all the time. You can't turn off the night lights in the bathroom!

Pros: Great location, great price, comfortable and clean. We liked the Covid measure (pre-booked reservations) put in place for the pool and recreation area. This made us feel comfortable for the social distancing aspect, and there wasn’t too many people there all at once.

Cons: No housekeeping staff on site doing a daily cleanup of rooms due to Covid. Our dirty and wet towels stayed in our room for three days as well as all of our garbage. That was the only downside.

We stayed 4 days and despite brunging it to front desks attention 3 separste times, the glass was still there when we left. You had to be very careful driving near it, I can't believe we were the only ones to complain.

Pros: I almost feel like I don’t want to give a good review, not because it is not well deserved, it most certainly is, but because I don’t want the word to get out about this great place. The owner, Luc, was very friendly and helpful. He (or whoever designed & decorated the place) has a great sense of aesthetics and a smart sense for use of space. Our room was very tastefully decorated and was very pleasant. But what made it terrific was a patio door leading to a gorgeous little patio with a wonderful fountain that provided a most pleasant sound of a babbling brook all night. I didn’t know Longueuil, so that finding pretty good restaurants within half a city block surprised me. In sum, it’s a great find.

Cons: We would have preferred a queen bed (I believe the other room does have one), but then would have given up on the patio with the fountain.

Pros: Location was good close to many restaurants, albeit across the river from the downtown core. Only a 15 minute drive to the city though. Staff were friendly and easy road access.

Cons: Not notified of a 50$ deposit prior to booking that the property had already charged to my card prior to arrival in addition to the room rate. I would have preferred to pay this by a different method upon arrival and when I brought this up I received no response from the person who checked me in. Heater in the room was not very good either and we were cold most of the night.

Cons: I am writing with a few complaints about our most recent stay, hoping that we can come to a resolution. Firstly, on our reservation and receipt it was stated that there was to be a microwave in our room, yet there was not. There was no hair dyer either, which was aggravatingly inconvient. It was also stated that the motel was non-smoking, yet all three nights of our stay we had to endure smoke in our room coming from neighbouring rooms. Lastly, when we booked in May we were charged for our entire stay, paying $304.95, yet our receipt from the hotel said that we should have only been charged $244 all taxes/fees included. What happened to the "Best Price Guarantee"? Overall, we are greatly unsatisfied and feel cheated/negatively about our stay.

One bedside lamp was "repaired" with scotch tape and the other needed a bulb replaced. The small window in the bathroom contained spider webs and a previous visitors discarded items. In all, needs significant updating and improved upkeep.
