Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and, in a few cases, the comfortable beds and value for price. However, the majority of reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms, pests, and poor bathroom conditions. Service was also a major concern, with many guests reporting unhelpful or absent staff, problems with check-in, and lack of response to requests. Bed comfort and value for price received mixed feedback, but overall, the negatives regarding cleanliness and service outweighed the positives for most guests.
