Decent clean room, but it overlooked the pool and ceiling lights are aimed directly at the window which seemed unnecessary, but was not as annoying as we thought it would be. Quiet when pool was not open. Bed was okay. Pillows not so good.

Pros (+) Room was nice.
Cons (-) Room was not ready for 4 pm check in. Staff was running in socks and laughing and shouting up and down hallway to clean rooms. I understand being behind but this was strange. Desk manager didn’t warn me room was not ready. I didn’t mind waiting but this was a spectacle.

Cons (-) The room smelled like marijuana, the air conditioning unit barely worked, we had a room that had a sliding door to the pool that had been permanently secured shut so there was no way of getting fresh air into the room without keeping the main door open, when we sat on one side of the bed the whole thing tipped meaning that the box spring and mattress were too big for the base, and the ice machine ...
