Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, which is close to many attractions and services in Muscat. The staff is frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, with several guests highlighting positive experiences with the reception and overall service. However, there are notable concerns regarding value for money, as some guests feel the facilities and amenities do not match the price. Cleanliness and room conditions also receive mixed feedback, with some guests mentioning issues like musty smells, old furniture, and insufficient room amenities. Overall, while the location and service stand out positively, improvements in cleanliness and value are suggested.
