Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests appreciated the hotel's location and some friendly, helpful staff, as well as good views from the property. However, many reviews mention significant issues with value for money, cleanliness, and service quality, including unprofessional staff behavior and slow or inattentive service. The property is challenging for elderly guests due to its steep location and lack of accessibility. Breakfast and food quality received mixed feedback, with some guests dissatisfied with the options and hygiene. Overall, while some found their stay pleasant, many would not recommend the hotel, especially for older travelers or those seeking good value.
