booked this hotel based on all the 4 and 5 star reviews. I can only give it 1 star. Everything about it is poor except for its location right on the beach. The hotel is in need of major renovations. Everything is old, dirty, and broken. I’m surprised it is a Best Western as their standards are much higher. We had a Suite which had a good layout for our family. The only thing good in this hotel is the location on beach. Cleanliness is poor. Its galleries and rooms have a pungent smell. The room service is barely okay. Escalators are the dirtiest.

Pros (+) Loved the ocean view, heated pool and jacuzzi, 2 min walk to beach, parking right next hotel.
Cons (-) Last min, they ask for a $100 deposit, they said it was a pending authentication, but bank recorded it as a purchase...been 2 days haven't received deposit back yet...
