Pros (+) Beachfront, location was decent in terms of traffic
Cons (-) Starting at check in the front staff was unfriendly, & you could look down a hallway behind them to see molded carpeting and holes in the walls. The spotted carpet in was also found on the hallway on the 9th floor. We had no towels in the room, & when we called for them we was told that housekeeping would bring some when they got a chance. We ended up having to go to the lobby to get them ourselve...

Cons (-) Everything else wasn't good including the roaches I found in the bathroom and on the dresser.

Pros (+) I loved the fact that we were right on the beach, and that there was swimming pools also available.
Cons (-) The hotel is worn. It was somewhat clean, but paint was chipping, carpet needed to be replaced. There were no hand towels or wash cloths in the room. They did not make up my bed, but others that I was with had theirs done.

Cons (-) It's a pretty bad resort that doesn't compete with the cleanliness and basics that are found in your average Motel 6. Even for a room with a kitchenette, there was no couch, A "kitchen table" that could only fit a laptop, and loud music, and fireworks late at night. If you're coming to relax and catch up on sleep, this is not the place to be. The carpet was absolutely disgusting.

Pros (+) Liked that it was on the beach
Cons (-) We didn't get the room that we asked for so that was a big disappointment right off the start and they wouldn't change us rooms. The room we got had a funky smell and they never cleaned it very good. It was just awful. Not staying there again.

Pros (+) Great facilities and a lot of fun. There was a kids club for the little ones. Beach was wonderful. Our side view of the ocean was great. Staff at front desk was super and we had daily maid service. My twenty something kids had a blast but it's better if they are over 21.We asked for a grade A efficiency and Gita great room!
Cons (-) Sofa bed was just ok.
