Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and proximity to shopping areas, as well as the politeness and helpfulness of some staff members. However, many reviews mention significant issues with cleanliness, noise from nearby roads, and the need for room and property maintenance. Breakfast and food quality receive mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying the meals while others note limited variety or cold food. Overall, while the location and some aspects of service are appreciated, improvements are needed in cleanliness, noise insulation, and maintenance.
