Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the train station and city attractions, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Many appreciated the unique decor and overall atmosphere. However, several guests were disappointed by the lack of air conditioning, small room sizes, and some basic amenities. Opinions on breakfast were mixed, with some finding it sufficient and others wanting more variety.
