Cons (-) The room I got this time wasn’t updated or something. This was the second time I booked through same site and same style room totally different experience. One towel in to dry off with and just not up to par.
Pros (+) Overall nice hotel and value for money.
Cons (-) Cable box and remote didn’t function. Had to call maintenance. Room phone did not work properly. We could only press the restaurant button. All other buttons and keypad led to a busy signal.
Cons (-) The front staff was nowhere to be found when I needed to check out and they should provide some sort of complimentary continental breakfast. $13 for breakfast buffet is a bit much. We went to Dunkin’ instead.
Cons (-) TV wasn't working. I thought they would either deduct something from my bill or give me something towards next visit. I asked at the desk when I checked out but he ignored my request.
