Overall, guests appreciated the friendly and hardworking staff, the convenient and quiet location near shops and major routes, and the spacious room layouts that allowed for comfortable stays. Many found the hotel to be a good value, with amenities like in-house laundry and well-equipped kitchenettes. However, several guests reported significant cleanliness and maintenance issues, including pest infestations, dated furnishings, and malfunctioning facilities. While the positives were strong, especially regarding service and location, cleanliness and upkeep were notable concerns for some visitors.
