Room and facilities were clean and everything worked. Checkin person was friendly. Location was good.
Checkin person had repeated problems with creating room keys...took 10 minutes of fussing. Shower was ridiculous..shower head at a bad angle that couldn’t be changed and water pressure that would remove your scalp. Control handle on the shower placed so close to the shower door it was almost unusable. Room layout was so empty it reminded me of a “handicapped-accessible” room even tho it was not. Stupid half-closet and sink outside the bathroom...is this a Motel 6 or a Hyatt? Large sofa in this “suite” did nothing to make the room better. I’ve stayed in Comfort Inns that were much more comfortable and well-appointed.

Parking lot doesn't have space to park. Housekeeping did not clean our room. Replaced towels but did not make our room.

Paid for a king bed, received a double instead. Staff did not care, and was not helpful. Elevator was the slowest I've ever been on. Maintenance crew was working, loudly, very early in the morning. Very disrespectful. Will not stay there again.
A nice clean hotel with quick to the point service. Very comfortable with a convenient location.
For my short stay it was really comfortable and I would definitely recommend it to someone else.
I loved the amenities and the free wifi and breakfast was great. Every staff member was so courteous and said good morning and hello to me. Even the contractors that were there doing additions (that day) said hello and greeted me. I was really surpised about that and so refreshing to see.
There was NOTHING about this hotel that I disliked. Highest marks all the way around.
