Pros (+) Room and facilities were clean and everything worked. Checkin person was friendly. Location was good.
Cons (-) Checkin person had repeated problems with creating room keys...took 10 minutes of fussing. Shower was ridiculous..shower head at a bad angle that couldn’t be changed and water pressure that would remove your scalp. Cons (-) Parking lot doesn't have space to park. Housekeeping did not clean our room. Replaced towels but did not make our room.

Cons (-) Paid for a king bed, received a double instead. Staff did not care, and was not helpful. Elevator was the slowest I've ever been on. Maintenance crew was working, loudly, very early in the morning. Very disrespectful. Will not stay there again.
