Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, and comfortable beds. Many appreciated the amenities like fresh cookies and well-appointed rooms. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several guests mentioning dirty bathrooms, carpets, and general lack of thorough cleaning. Some guests were disappointed that breakfast was not included or available, and a few noted that the hotel did not offer great value for the price. Despite these drawbacks, the positive experiences with staff and location stood out in most reviews.
