Cons: nothing
7.0 Good
Pros: Location was quite nice. It's near a big shoping mall and a number of small restaurants. The room was clean and the staff attended to our needs while we were there. The avalability of a valet parking service also added to this hotel's value in terms of customer service.
Cons: The internet connection when we were there was a mess. It was very weak and highly unstable. Given that free WiFi is included in most bookings, this issue needs to be attended to. There was also a small issue during breakfast where coffee was not available. It was a Saturday morning and there were a lot of guest having breakfast without coffee. Although this issue was eventually resolved later that day.

Pros: A big hotel with rapid check in , nice parking areas, near central area , clean and comfortable room

6.7 Good
Pros: Staff was very nice and location is great.
Cons: I was first put into a room that had bad drainage design. One shower meant the bathroom was flooded and you can no more use the bathroom. Thankfully the staff took the action and changed my room. But having such design fault was not expected from Hilton.
4.0 Okay
Cons: Loud wedding kept us up most of the night. The security procedure entering the main gate was not smart.
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: Other than the location, this is by far the worst hotel in Jeddah.
Cons: Valet is never there when you need them. The same is true for bell men. The reception staff is extremely unprofessional. The furniture seems to be at least 15 years old. The rooms smell horrible. overall, if you're coming to Jeddah and can't find a reservation in the Rosewood or Sheraton or the Sofitel, you're better off delaying or canceling your trip. JUST DON'T STAY AT THE HILTON!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location and the facilities and staffs
Cons: None
7.0 Good
Pros: Easy check in and check out, staff tried to provide me higher floors but they couldn't.
Cons: I was looking for having my room to be on higher floors like 6th or 7th but unfortunately I ended up with staying at 3rd floor. The main reason for me choosing jeddah Hilton is because it has sea view and balcony but I wasn't comfortable having my room on 3rd floor at all although I made it clear on my reservation that I am looking for higher floors.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent place, huge and luxury with great value.

Pros: The room and hotel overall is clean, the facilities are well taken care of, and the staff is very corteous.
