Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near attractions and spacious rooms. However, many reviews highlight issues with service, noting unfriendly or inattentive staff. Cleanliness is also a recurring concern, with several guests mentioning poor hygiene in rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some finding it adequate and others dissatisfied with quality and freshness. Overall, while the location and room size are appreciated, improvements in service and cleanliness are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
