Pros (+) The management did an absolutely fabulous job of remedying the situation, booking us at a beautiful sister resort down the street and buying us a nice cocktail.
Cons (-) That there was a system glitch between you and Logan that overbooked our stay. Lost time. Lost travel dollars.
