Pros (+) Got a room last minute. Great deal in price. The room was small but perfect for just me and my boyfriend when we just needed a place to crash for the night. Clean rooms and good service. Check out at noon was a plus. Would come back.

Pros (+) Very clean and comfortable, had a corner room which gave great views and light. shower was clean and big. bar attached to hotel was open late for a sunday and was a great place to end the night. Very close to south street seaport which has tons of bars and restaurants.
Cons (-) small, but expected due to it being in NYC. Not the easiest area to navigate but quiet area much better then staying in midtown.
