Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to explore the city and access public transport. Many appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, noting positive experiences at reception and with housekeeping. Cleanliness was generally rated highly, with several guests mentioning tidy rooms and bathrooms. Room sizes were considered generous, especially for New York standards. However, repeated complaints were made about slow or malfunctioning elevators, and a few guests noted that some facilities and furnishings were dated or in need of repair. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, with most guests recommending the hotel for its convenience, service, and comfort.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Bathroom needs repair, towels. Coffee cups are not cleaned. Dirty floor
Pros (+) The best location for business trip and if you have a plan to visit liberty island.
Cons (-) My room never have any outside light because it was surrounded by tall building and it feels like night all day.
