The man of the front desk was nice and kind.
The room was so cold, the heater didnt working well. I tried to call to front desk, but the call is automatic answering system. It totally messed up, and after I connected to the lady who is agent she said someone will be come up, but nobody came up at all. I slept with putting all the padding jacket.
Atmosphere, sheek, location, cost
More affordable food offered at hotel
Comforter (if you can even call it that) was more like a bed sheet. Upon showering, the whole room becomes like a sauna; probably due to the fact the bed is pretty much in the same room as the shower.
The bed was comfy the location was great.
The hotel is fairly new yet signs of deterioration are evident. Scuffs on wall carpet stains in the hall ways. The room was clean for the most part with a few places in the room needing a wipe down. All in all the place was good for resting and venturing through NYC.
I didn’t like the room they put me in so they upgraded me to a nicer room right away.
The wi-fi was slow.
Location and building
Shower was awesome
Room was generally ok if you are single traveler but too small for two. Generally good vibe. Some staff really nice -- some seemed overworked.
This is a strange hotel to try and rate. The rooms are like rooms on a boat. Small and practical. The gym was a little small for a hotel with this many guests. The location is just so so (pretty far West). But, it was quite a reasonable value.
The room size could have been bigger
The lobster roll from the terrace. Way over priced for a sandwich full of mayonnaise and no lobster.
Really great, convenient, helpful staff!
Loved that it was so conveniently located to downtown and near trains. Staff is always available to help you with anything you need. They were friendly and went out of their way to help me when I had an issue with a lost bag at the airport. Really cute bedrooms, loved the extendable bed. Loved the beautiful view of downtown!
If you travel with a partner you should be very comfortable going to bathroom with them because the bathroom we had was essentially all glass with a thin curtain and sliding glass door separating us. Not really private, but again, if you're very close with your partner, no big deal.
Comfy and gimmicky
Really liked the reclining bed, very comfortable and made extra space in small room when not in use. Lots of plugs for electronics. Included most amenities. Great view.
In room safe didn't work. TV didn't work. Self check in wasn't able to generate a key card. Lighting in hallways and room is harsh and unpleasant.
