Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently mention that the hotel offers good value for the price and some appreciate the helpfulness of certain staff members. However, there are widespread and strong complaints about cleanliness, with many describing rooms as dirty, with unpleasant odors, stains, and even pests. Safety concerns and mixed experiences with service are also noted, but a few guests highlight positive interactions with staff and a generally safe environment. Overall, the positives are outweighed by the negative experiences related to cleanliness.
