Front desk wouldn’t accept the credit card that was used to book room. They didn’t have the type of room that I had reserved. The room’s telephone was registered to a different room so the staff went to the wrong room when I requested something from the Front desk. The TV didn’t work.

Pros (+) The view of the bay was perfect. The staff was truly exceptional.
Cons (-) The bathroom. While very nice looking and clean, it's layout was not great and the shower was on par with a two star motel.

Pros (+) Very friendly and attentive staff, light and airy ambience, very well maintained facilities.
Cons (-) I wasn’t aware of the several mandatory fees that were in addition to the rate. This was disappointing.

Pros (+) Good location.
Cons (-) They are charging you for a bottle of red wine that is in your room. They tell you as they are giving you the key that it's included in the price - well we didn't drink the wine nor did we want to pay for it. It doesn't matter that if you don't want it - you are paying for it anyway, how ridiculous!
