Room was good, location for our purposes was great as we intended to visit Mount Etna and the surroundings. Hotel has parking so very convenient. Breakfast good.
Music on Saturdays is too loud. It can be heard from all the rooms. Tried calling reception to lower it down but no one will ansewr. Finally it stopped at 01 30 am. Also TV was faulty but not much of a problem as we did not use it.
The staff is not helpful, and apart from that there is a lot of sound on one night and they do not offer anything.
Friendly staff, large room, good location. Very good value.
Lighting in bedroom was very poor - badly needs lamps for reading. Restaurant was very cold.
Was only cold water, then they just said sorry and nothing else..... we also booked the room with balcony, of course we didn't get it.
view over the pool and beyond
Noise from the outside kitchen fan. During the first night I thought that a person was snoring heavily.
