Late again to leave and late to arrive. Seats are too hard.
Despite delay due to weather ,flight was a pleasure and in particular the staff who worked their tails off because of the delay
Jet2 fab as always. Despite the shambolic airport process to get us to the plane (nothing to do with Jet2) and the time that set us back, all the crew were superb in getting us on our way once boarded.
Everything from check in to the flight was great. Helpful staff. Immaculate planes. There is nothing I would change
Staff were excellent but space wasn’t the best, seats were cramped and windows had no blinds.
There is nothing I can think.of that jet2 need to improve They offer a great package. Very efficient
They are organised and customer service is so good from arriving at the airport until finally landing at your destination. The experience is a million times better than travel with Ryanair.
All was good but they should bring back seat pockets. It’s difficult trying to travel with small children and keep having to get stuff out of flight bag and then have nowhere to put it!
No hot drinks but otherwise a good flight with decent leg room
We boarded and then sat on the tarmac for an hour….probably not E Jets fault. But the gentleman that checked us in and took our luggage was exceptionally friendly and calming for early morning/ confused passengers. As always, it’s the people that make or break an experience, right?
I was hesitant to book with a low cost airline due to previous experience but Easy Jet surpassed my expectations. I would definitely book a flight with them again! Seemless booking, upfront about baggage fees, professional, and helpful staff.
Kayak sent several notifications that the flight was late. This contradicted the information on the airport boards. This was extremely confusing and we very nearly missed the flight purely because we double checked with the info desk when the flight stays said’closed’. Kayak notifications are therefore unreliable and pointlesa

Delayed almost 2 hours sitting on plane. No updates at all from flight deck and virtually no updates from cabin crew
Long delay resulted in my being unable to catch a train home and resulted in an additional £76 cost for an Uber
Be sure to check bags for 23 kg,.(50 lbs) Coming from US I chose the wrong size luggage weight when I checked in on my phone, and had to pay more when I dropped it off
The on board air steward really made the journey. He was very entertaining
I was disappointed there was a 40 minute delay to flight
They cancelled my flight and we had to fend for ourselves to reschedule another flight. There was no staff to help all the canceled guest. Poor communication and staff. I attempted to reschedule via Kayak and I asked their staff that it looked as it was available. The guy behind the counter just told us to go online..
You have improved through the many years I have flown with you. But you still nickle and dime your customers. I paid extra for carry on and priority boarding.
My flight was delayed 1 hour. My Mood was not great
Lord knows why they had us start boarding when the plane wasn't even there, staff weren't welcoming and the couple next to me travelling with a young child had a nightmare with the baby changing facilities.
This time round it was very good, flight delayed by 30mins but capitan put his toe to the floor and made some time up!!
Boarding at Birmingham was appalling, made to stand in a corridor which claims to be a gate for an hour, despite knowing full well the flight was delayed….. the crew were fantastic and you have to feel sorry for them dealing with the delay caused three fold, inbound delay, damage to front baggage hold door and finally a further ATC delay. On board experience was good and crew friendly and helpful.
all small notes on the ticket which even you can not see and read. They they charge you on each step… even they dont let you to explain yourself. I will not fly with them from now on.

When having difficulty with the online check in process, I was forced to pay a huge fee for the check in desk to assist me with getting a boarding pass. Ridiculous!
Keep track of your departure times and communicate in Airport. I could have spend an hour more in my lounge

Everything was fine except the landing. We were off loaded on the tarmac. Squished on busses then driven around for 20 minutes. Dropped at terminal B and needed to be at A so had to wait 20 min in another line to catch a bus then another 20 min wait in customs! How on earth were we to get to our connecting flights!? Not a great first trip with your airline or start of my vacation. The woman on the tarmac was rude too
Loved flying with this airline. Professional, courteous staff who did everything possible to make the long flight comfortable!

The connection to LYON was very tight. The flight was nearly finished boarding when we got to the gate
Crew was excellent. Sat us together after the airline changed our seats. This was the smaller plane/shorter flight so no entertainment or food.
I did not like that they failed to put my luggage on my connecting flight to Athens. I was promised it would be located and delivered within 2 days but later told there was no information on its location. This caused me to have unplanned for expenses because I then had to purchase new clothing to wear on my vacation. I did not receive my luggage until my return flight home. I will not be traveling with them again.
Boarding was one hour late. Gate notification was incorrect (notification said gate 17, actual was gate 14). Took shuttle bus to board the plane. Late arrival of plane at Turin impacted travel arrangements to the event.
Absolutely the most awful experience in the history of service from gate agents to baggage handlers. Never will i use kayak or Lufthansa again. Ever.
No internet, very narrow seats insufficient room for three passengers with encroachment.
They canceled our flight right before it was to take off and then we stood in line for four hours to make other arrangements. It completely ruined our trip.
It’s a budget airline. You get what you pay for. They insisted on getting us out of the gate and into our slot on time. They got us to the destination safely. Aircraft was clean and well maintained. What more could we want
Half an hour delay. Squeezed into a small Departure Lounge with very few seats. Noisy flight with screaming unruly kids. Loud IPads and Phones. Heaven!
Were delayed in the airport for 5 hours with no explanation. Flight kept getting delayed by an hour at a time and wizz air staff were no where to be found

The cabin crew on that flight were super fantastic and super helpful. They were so polite and considerate that i felt i travelled with a 5star airline.

4 hr delay and only told less than 2hrs before. Only given water and nuts on the flight as complimentary service. Left to wait in rain before boarding.
To be honest I did not like anything. Communication to why my flight was cancelled mid air 2 and half hours into my flight. Customer service desk were not helpful with providing information or a solution on what can be done.
I have been treated unacceptably by WizzAir aircraft crew in a previous flight, they threatened me and abused me, and I received an OFFICIAL written apology, but only two (2) months later. This flight had no such unacceptable behaviour, but it's not nice to be left waiting in the walkway (from gate to aircraft) for a long time, just so that the 'boarding' appears to be early, even if actual departure is not.
