Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's attentive and helpful service, highlighting staff willingness to accommodate requests and language barriers with translation devices. The meals, especially breakfast and dinner, were frequently described as delicious, varied, and a highlight of the stay, with many appreciating traditional Japanese cuisine and fresh ingredients. The tranquil atmosphere, scenic surroundings, and relaxing onsen experiences were also well received, making the hotel ideal for a peaceful getaway. Spacious rooms and comfortable futons added to guest satisfaction, though some noted the hotel's age and remote location. Overall, guests enjoyed a memorable and restful experience.AI-generated from customer reviews
